It can vary from person to person. The length of therapy depends on your goals and the complexity of the issues. Some clients can reach their goals in a short amount of time, while others need more long-term support.

How often will we be meeting for therapy?

To begin, we will typically meet once a week.  However, you are in control of your treatment. We will regularly check in on your progress and adjust the schedule to fit your mental health needs.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, what we discuss in therapy is confidential by legal and ethical standards. I cannot share your information with anyone without your written consent, with a few safety exceptions (such as but not limited to abuse/neglect reporting for vulnerable populations, imminent danger to yourself, or imminent danger to others).
